LEADING IN CHANGE

Guide your team through and across the waves of change.

The world has never changed faster than today. Organisations, too, have to deal with changes on a daily basis. This naturally brings challenges, especially for managers. As a manager, you have a major influence on the success or failure of a change process. You are responsible for the resilience within your team, the capacity of your people to come back stronger after setbacks or changes. For this you need the right mindset and skills.

“Guide your employees to a growth mindset and balance their goals and those of your organisation for successful change projects.”

In the interactive training course Leading in Change, your concrete cases are central. This way, you can immediately apply new skills and translate scientific knowledge to your own work environment.

After this training you will know what changes do to your brain and what impact they have on your resilience and that of your team. You can identify resistance in yourself and know your own triggers. You know why safety, rewards and the right mindset are essential factors for successful change processes. Moreover, you know the difference between a fixed and a growth mindset and can guide your employees from one to the other.

Finally, you also recognise your role as manager in creating a balance between the goals of your organisation and those of your employees. You work on a personal action plan and receive a useful visual and/or e-book from us that you can continue to use after the training.

  1. The art of change (3 conditions)
  2. Why are safety, reward and mindset three necessary conditions for a successful change process? And how can you create them?

  3. Mindset & Change
  4. Explore the continuum between a fixed and a growth mindset and guide your employees from one end to the other.

  5. Managing change (X-model + 4 happiness hormones)
  6. The balance between organisational and personal goals. Recognise where you and your employees are in that balance and lead them to maximum satisfaction and contribution.

  7. Let’s do this!
  8. Practice interview techniques for your resilient leadership. You will do this with concrete cases, in a group and with a simulation actor.
