CLASSROOM/ONLINE TRAINING
BUILDING A RESILIENT TEAM
How do I address stress in my team?
Changes and work pressure in your organisation affect the resilience of your employees. As a manager, you are partly responsible for the well-being of your employees. Do you have to support your employees in all these matters? But how do you find that balance? How far does your responsibility as a manager extend? And to what extent is an employee himself responsible for strengthening his resilience?
“When you pick up stress signals from your employees and make them open for discussion, you lay the foundation for a resilient team.”
In the interactive training course Building a resilient team, we focus on your role as manager. Our starting point is your concrete cases. This way, you can immediately bring your new knowledge and skills to the work floor.
After this training you will know what resilience is and where your responsibilities as a manager lie and end. You know the impact of negative stress and recognise warning and alarm signals in your team. You will also have mastered some proven conversation techniques to discuss stress and strengthen resilience.
You practise these techniques together with the other participants and with a simulation actor. You work on your personal action plan and receive a useful visual and/or e-book from us that you can also consult after the training.
- What is resilience exactly? To know what resilience is, you need to know what positive and negative stress is. And why do we need stress?
- My role as a leader in resilience You are a manager, not a therapist. That seems obvious, but where do you draw the line?
