LANTIS immediately anchors their ambition in their name; Liveable Antwerp through Innovation and Cooperation. As a management company of the Flemish Government and engaged in the realisation of complex mobility and liveability projects in Antwerp and Flanders – they make this promise not only to the people of Antwerp, Flanders and stakeholders, but also to their colleagues.
As a pioneering employer, they pursue a sustainable path in terms of mobility and employability for their employees. With the desire to continuously support and develop their employees in various areas, they will start a culture trajectory in 2022. The theme for the culture trajectory for 2023 is “Working together with integrity”.
The request to train their internal culture ambassadors and provide the necessary tools in this topic came to us. A question we are happy to elaborate on!
A standard Psychological Security training course might help Lantis move forward, yet we quickly felt this was not enough. Given that Lantis’s internal culture ambassadors would actually be working on the topic themselves, more was needed.
Specifically, in 2023, some 10 LANTIS cultural ambassadors will give short workshops to their colleagues around the topic “Integral Cooperation”. This topic was translated internally by Lantis into Psychological Security.
We were challenged to find a quick and efficient way to support, inspire and provide sufficient content to the cultural ambassadors around this topic. With this knowledge, content and inspiration, the culture ambassadors will go to work themselves to develop their workshops.

A wealth of shared content and an intensive Train The Trainer later, Lantis’ cultural ambassadors are all set to get started on their “Together with Integrity” workshops.
With the provided content in hand and further substantiation, they can now get to work shaping their workshops. They are also in a strong position to start facilitating the workshops effectively.
The content around Psychological Safety that we delivered to Lantis in its various forms can thus live on in the organisation. Sustainability is thus lived internally, not only in their professional activities, but also in the sustainable training of colleagues.
