Psychological safety: the hidden foundation of team success

What can you do with a specialist who doesn’t dare to openly speak up? With a talented employee who feels intimidated by his boss? It is not enough to attract the brightest minds, they must also be able to use their talents at work. And therefore they must first feel safe.

A seed will only be nurtured if the soil is fertile. The same applies to employees. Their talents only really flourish when they are allowed to use them. When they are allowed to take risks, make mistakes and voice criticism. If their workplace is a safe space where they can truly be themselves.
