Discover the three conditions for dealing constructively with change
The world is constantly changing, even very rapidly in recent years. In human evolution, adapting oneself appears to be an important strategy for survival. But the numerous changes follow each other in such quick succession that our brains cannot always process them as smoothly as they should.
You not only have to want to adapt to change, you also have to be able to. In this interactive session, you will gain new insights into what exactly change does to you and what elements are needed to adapt to new situations.
We zoom in on why our brain has such a hard time with change and what the three essential conditions are for dealing with change constructively. So that, after the session, you can immediately set to work on this yourself in a concrete way.
