There have never been more distractions than today. Every second brings new stimuli. We are on call 24 hours a day, working on multiple projects in different teams, and constantly being flexible. With so many distractions, how can you stay focused?
Maintaining focus is an important skill. Perhaps even one of the crucial skills of the future. Fortunately, it can be trained. There are various methods for consciously shutting off your brain from other stimuli so that you can concentrate fully on what you are doing.
In this interactive session, you will discover exactly how focus and distraction work in the brain. With that insight, you will learn how to keep your concentration. At the end, you’ll get the chance to challenge your own focus: from good intentions to hard-wired habits, how well can you stay focused?
